We are now looking for a

Quality Release Officer

to join our Quality team.

Job Purpose

To provide support across all Quality aspects relating to

GMP

and

GDP

functions, ensuring pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution activities meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct final quality release checks on pharmaceutical products in line with cGMP. Follow, promote, and enforce SOPs, job aids, company policies, and procedures. Support the Quality Management System, including deviations, recalls, complaints, and audits. Assist with environmental monitoring in the clean room facility. Support raw material and primary packaging handling, sampling, and approval. Assist with Controlled Drug management (record keeping, stock takes, destruction, and annual returns). Provide Quality support to Production, Dispatch, and Goods In operations as required. Assist with staff training in Quality and Production areas. Perform release checks on paperwork and manufactured products. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within Quality. Maintain confidentiality and compliance at all times.

Skills & Experience

Minimum

2 years' experience

in a GMP environment. Strong decision-making, communication, and IT skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain accurate records. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Sage. Practical judgment and ability to prioritise workload. Positive, responsible attitude with the ability to motivate and encourage others.

Pay: 29,000.00-31,000.00 per year
