Location:

Salary:

30,000 per annum

Overtime:

Paid at 18.92 per hour

Contract:

Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're looking for an experienced

Quality Supervisor

to lead our plant quality team and help ensure our high standards are met across all stages of production. You will be a key player in delivering consistent product quality, managing day-to-day assessments, and driving compliance with internal and customer specifications.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of quality operations within a growing, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and developing a team of Quality Auditors, driving performance and accountability Managing quality checks on raw materials, packaging, hardware, and finished goods Conducting GMP audits and supporting the resolution of non-conformance issues Coordinating day-to-day quality control activities across the site Liaising with internal teams to ensure product quality is upheld Using internal systems to record findings, reports, and photo documentation Supporting audit readiness and driving continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Experience in quality assurance or control within a production or manufacturing setting Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role Strong understanding of GMP, product quality standards, and quality processes High attention to detail and strong communication skills Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively across departments Desirable: experience in horticulture, fresh produce, or a technical/retail quality role Familiarity with QC systems such as APEX is an advantage
