To provide a comprehensive administration support and co-ordination service to the company's Quality and Technical Department.
Description of duties:
The following reflects typical duties and is not intended to be a comprehensive description of all tasks. Duties may change because of changes in operational demand. The job holder must therefore be flexible in his/her approach to work objectives.
Provide direct support with the responses to all customer queries and complaints.
Completion of Customer KPI reports and complaint trends.
Working within the quality team in the maintaining the company Quality Management System.
Assist in preparation for external audits.
Direct involvement with both internal and external audits.
Internal auditing.
Project work.
Provide administrative support to Technical Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.
Carry out Quality Assurance duties and participate in providing cover when required.
Assisting with other Technical/Quality Assurance duties when required.
Any other duties.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of HACCP and Food Hygiene.
Knowledge of BRCGS Standards and customer Standards/Codes of Practice.
Retailer-facing experience and experience with customer audits.
Computer literate, working knowledge of Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
Desirable Criteria:
Intermediate Food Hygiene certification.
Intermediate HACCP certification.
Internal Auditing experience.
