The Role

The Quality Systems Officer will be responsible for maintaining a quality helpdesk, archiving system, and electronic document management system. Duties include document review, support for document preparation, personnel documentation maintenance, and management of the document library. The role also involves secure storage of quality records, generating quality KPI reports, supporting audits, and participating in meetings.

Key Requirements

Essential Criteria

5 GCSE subjects (to include English Language and Mathematics) at Grade C or above (or equivalent)

Strong administrative capabilities such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and supporting departmental operations with accuracy and professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft office

Sound knowledge of GxP

Desirable Criteria

Educated to A-level standard (Or Equivalent)

Degree (or equivalent) in a related field

Experience working to QMS standards and regulations

Experience with Electronic Training Records

Experience with Electronic Document Management.
