Are you a commercially savvy Site Surveyor with a passion for delivering excellence in Retrofit works? We're looking for a proactive and driven individual to join our team, covering key sites across Basingstoke, Islington, and Newbury.
Your Role
Take full accountability for the development and implementation of all pre- and post-contract strategies, commercial functions, and contract reporting across delegated projects and work packages.
What You'll Be Doing
Health & Safety
: Promote and ensure compliance with group SHE policies, conduct site safety samples, and review subcontractor safety performance.
People & Leadership
: Support team development through PDRs and training, seek growth opportunities beyond surveying, and drive performance through regular reviews.
Customer Relations
: Build strong relationships with clients and consultants, understand their drivers, and enhance the company's service offering.
Commercial Management
: Manage subcontract packages, contribute to procurement strategies, issue tender enquiries, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Process & Performance
: Make sound commercial decisions, maximise value recovery, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications
:
MSc or BA Hons in Quantity Surveying or similar
