Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor from a construction background to work within the projects division for a large, passionate ambitious company.
Ensure project teams meet or exceed budget targets.
Act as a subject matter expert on contractual arrangements.
Maximise cash flow through invoicing and resolving client queries.
Monitor job costs and revenue to support data-driven decisions.
Manage disputes and identify potential issues early.
Oversee subcontractor orders, supplier onboarding, and team development.
What You Will Need
Essential criteria:
An industry related qualification
Experience of working within Construction
Excellent IT knowledge including a high level of Excel skills
Contractual awareness
Negotiating and communication skills
Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel if required by the business.
Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 dependant on experience
