Job Description

Quantity Surveying graduate with strong experience fast track fit out environments, having experience on projects ranging from 50,000 to 1m.

Key Experience & Skills:

QS experience managing multiple live projects, including construction and electrical packages.

Commercial management: cost to complete assessments, variations, subcontractor procurement, and final accounts.

Contract knowledge: exposure to JCT and NEC forms, payment notices, and contractual compliance.

Estimating experience: tendering projects up to 2m, manual take-offs, and supplier/subcontractor pricing.

Reporting & forecasting: producing cost reports, financial forecasts, and supporting project budget control.

Technical competence: Microsoft Office, measuring software, costing software.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience liaising with project teams, senior management, and subcontractors.

You will be based out of our Bolton office. Although travel throughout the UK will be required on a frequent basis, as the contracts dictate.

Qualifications:

We are seeking applications from experienced degree qualified, Assistant Quantity Surveyors working towards or looking to obtain a RICS accreditation.

Summary: Proven QS with hands-on commercial experience, delivering projects on time and budget while applying strong commercial judgment and practical site knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 65,000.00 per year
