The Role

You Will:

  • Oversee Management of Subcontractors - certification of payment and change
  • Undertake management of allocated Control Accounts with site team including value draw and out-turn forecast / spend profiling
  • Keep Costs records and agreement of costs with National Highway Site Representatives
  • Assist in the Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, CEMAR, Projectwise, Forecasting Tool)
  • Be responsible for the procurement of packages as the Work Proceeds
We\'re Looking For:
  • Good working knowledge of contract/
law * Experience with NEC forms of contract
  • MRICS or CICES desirable
  • Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Previous experience of managing subcontractors
  • Knowledge of commercial digital systems
