Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Anned Ltd, we would consider someone who is a trainee close to completion. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing project costs, ensuring that all financial aspects of construction projects are handled efficiently. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding construction services.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Monitor project budgets and track expenses to ensure cost control. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to project costs. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure financial efficiency. Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes as necessary, negotiate variations.. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to projects. Maintain good relations with clients and work closely with them on their projects.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients. Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred. A full driving licence.
