Quantity Surveyor - Crawley/London Area

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team, working on a variety of exciting projects around Crawley and London. You will provide essential cost management and advisory services to clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and contracts for construction projects. Advise clients on project costs and cost-saving opportunities. Conduct site visits and manage the procurement process. Prepare tender documentation, contracts, and variations. Manage costs during the project life cycle and ensure projects are delivered within budget. Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth delivery.

Key Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or property sector. RICS chartership preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of cost management practices and relevant construction regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Projects around Crawley and London. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed.
