QUANTITY SURVEYOR - DERBY - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - \xc2\xa3350 - \xc2\xa3500 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35

Advanced Resource Managers are working with a company who strives on leading the transportation sector, we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor on a 12 month contract.

About You:

• You will have a contracting background with strong multi-discipline experience.
• You will be able to provide guidance on construction industry standard forms of contract and commercial terms.
• You will be able to provide guidance on Quantification, costing of construction works and task elemental cost analysis.
• You will have working knowledge of planning and the use of programmes in the management of construction works.

What you will be doing:
You will be undertaking the management of client and supplier accounts, commercial and contract guidance, and internal reporting.

This role is based in York or Derby, can be flexible on either office depending on what is more convenient.

The rate for this role is \xc2\xa3350 - \xc2\xa3500 per day, outside IR35. Pay rates can be negotiated based on experience and suitability.
