Quantity Surveyor

to join our growing

Civils & Infrastructure

team--where you'll be part of shaping sustainable, high-impact projects from the ground up.


This is your chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional results across a portfolio of diverse and complex contracts. From contract management and cost reporting to client liaison and subcontractor negotiations--you'll be in the thick of it, adding value at every stage.

What You'll Be Doing



Accurately measure and value works across Holcim's

Contracting operations

and key subcontractors. Liaise directly with clients and site teams to agree quantities, variations, and final accounts. Submit

valuations and invoices

in line with contract terms and work closely with customers to support payment timelines. Prepare

cost/value reconciliations

to monitor financial performance and highlight risk or opportunity. Place and manage subcontracts that meet Holcim's commercial, quality, and sustainability standards. Manage subcontractor payments in accordance with contract terms, driving timely and fair outcomes. Support the commercial team with

cost control, forecasting, and reporting

on key projects. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and trainees in quantity surveying best practices. Ensure compliance with Holcim's Integrated Management System (IMS), ICS controls, and all relevant policies.

Who You Are



Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, contracts, and measurement. Commercially savvy with experience working on

construction, infrastructure, or civils projects

. A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Self-motivated, well-organised, and ready to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experienced in managing multiple contracts or workstreams while delivering accurate commercial outcomes. Comfortable using industry-standard software and reporting tools. A team player with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
