Quantity Surveyor

to join our dynamic team.

The Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will work closely with our pricing and project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation, control, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents Monitor project costs and prepare valuations for interim and final payments Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers Assess variations and negotiate contracts Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards Provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle Prepare site documents

About You

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC) Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office
