Amazing role for an Quantity Surveyor to join a principle contractor who are specialist in the Commercial construction industry, with a unique opportunity to join a well-established company, whilst working on a diverse range of commercial projects.

This company have been established for around half a decade reputation for the fit out of commercial projects in the North West. They work on varied projects including education, healthcare and industrial meaning no tender is the same. Working within both the private sector this company have a strong pipeline of work and are now looking for an Quantity Surveyor to assist them current and future projects. This company understand people are the heart of the business and therefore offer an excellent salary alongside an annual bonus.

Working on projects up to \xc2\xa34M you will be working in the commercial department on projects from concept to completion producing a Bill of Quantities, attending sites and monthly accounts, conducting valuations on projects and amending variations on site. You will be contributing to regular progress meetings and liaising with Site and Design teams.

The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveyor background with experience in the Construction industry. You will be looking to join a Principle contractor, where you will have a varied work load, the ability to progress through the ranks and the chance to become a technical expert.

• Quantity Surveyor

• Working on refurbishment and new build Commercial Construction projects

• Good communication skills
