Mellior Construction Ltd requires a Quantity Surveyor to join us in our pursuit of excellence. We are looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a background in residential projects. The right candidate will provide commercial expertise and be responsible for the financial delivery of the assigned projects to ensure that they are procured and delivered within budget, to programme and to the highest quality whilst exceeding company expectations. This role will cover the Liverpool and Manchester area.

Main Responsibilities and Skills required:

Manage and develop a professional working relationship with the client Work in collaboration with the project manager to ensure the right solutions as per the Contract Specification Proven knowledge of completing monthly cost and value reconciliations Previous design and cost control management A good working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and experience of using other specialist software. Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and influencing skills Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Analytical, commercially aware with high attention to contract details and agreed specifications

Pay: Up to 60,000.00 per year
