The Job

As our Quantity Surveyor, you'll orchestrate the finances for our stunning bespoke residential refurbishment projects in London, partnering with elite project teams and discerning clients to deliver extraordinary transformations on budget and on time.

What You'll Do:

Craft precise cost estimates and budgets for high-end refurbishment projects Dive into cost planning to bring bespoke visions to life Lead tenders and contracts with top-tier subcontractors Monitor project costs with sharp, regular updates Navigate variations and claims with flair Ensure compliance with contracts and industry standards Drive jaw-dropping refurbishments to timely, cost-effective completion

Who You Are

We're seeking a vibrant, detail-driven Quantity Surveyor who's thrilled by bespoke residential refurbishments.

Must-Haves:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar 2+ years' experience in residential refurbishments, ideally structural or groundworks background Familiarity with contracts - JCT Proficiency with tools like CostX or Excel Keen analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Adept at managing multiple projects and hitting tight deadlines
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with London's luxury refurbishment market
