Job Description

We're working with a well-established consultancy that's continuing to grow its London office, and they're now looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's gained some consultancy experience already and is now looking for that next step, somewhere with real progression potential, support from an experienced leadership team, and the chance to work on a mix of high-quality projects.

You'll be involved in cost planning, tender documentation, pre- and post-contract support, and employer's agent roles across private residential and commercial schemes, as well as fire safety remediation work.

You'll be given the trust and autonomy to lead your own workstreams, but still have the support around you when needed.

What they're looking for:

A Quantity Surveyor with 3-6 years' experience in a consultancy Pre- and post-contract experience Strong understanding of the UK construction market Confident working with private sector clients and design teams Committed to learning and growing your career
