Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Castellum are Luxury construction specialists. We looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to work on super-prime refurbishment projects across London and Surrey.
Working closely with Project Directors you'll oversee procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, and cost control of direct and subcontract labour, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will involve securing and managing subcontract packages, certifying payments, handling variations, and preparing accurate valuations and cost reports. Maintaining cash flow and optimizing margins will be key, along with developing strong relationships with both subcontractors and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
While not essential, experience in super prime residential projects (with a main contractor), client relationship management, and site-based or project management roles would be a strong advantage.
