We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our HS2 main works team in London.

What you'll do:



CEMAR Superuser - Overseeing user access, contract setup, and resolution of system related issues. Commercial Intranet Admin - Maintaining and updating commercial information and resources to support project teams Commercial Assurance Mailbox Management - Monitoring and responding to queries Delegated Authority Register - Updating the register and associated letters to ensure compliance with governance requirements. Support for Subcontract Commercial Assurance - Assisting with reviews and reporting to maintain oversight of subcontractor performance and adherence to commercial standards. Supporting the Development of Commercial Processes specific to the SCS Project.

What you'll bring to the role:





Ideally degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar Ability to develop arguments and challenge thought processes. An interest in commercial assurance and appreciation of its intentions and benefits. Appreciation for big data, the power and efficiencies that can be gained from it. Ideally, the candidate brings along experience of managing suppliers/subcontractors and possesses demonstrable experience or knowledge of the NEC3 suite of contracts.
