A thriving Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in Kent are seeking a bright Quantity Surveyor to join their exceptional busy team and therefore, expanding Quantity Surveying team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The Directors are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to carry out the day to day functions on a mixture of residential, apartments, warehouse, and industrial projects up to \xc2\xa310m.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will receive first class APC support from a leading Expert Witness Quantity Surveyor, flexible working, and a good working culture.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Within commutable distance of Maidstone
- Completed a Quantity Surveying related degree
- 2+ years Quantity Surveying, consultancy experience
- Professional, well spoken, team player
- \xc2\xa330,000 - \xc2\xa340,000
- 4 day working week / flexible working
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
