We're seeking an experienced and commercially focused

Quantity Surveyor

to support our growing pipeline of work.

About the Role:

You'll be responsible for managing all commercial related aspects relating to our groundwork projects, from procurement to final account. With projects spanning across the M4/M5 Corridor, you'll play a key role in ensuring we deliver value without compromising quality or compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Control cash position for each contract CVR - undertake the compilation of information to accurately represent cost / value Manage project costs, contract allowances, and forecasts Identify change through variations Subcontract - become wholly responsible for the full subcontract spectrum / contract performance in the area Ensure commercial and contractual compliance in line within business expectations

About You:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in

groundworks

Sound knowledge of construction; residential preferred Strong negotiation, analytical and reporting skills Proactive approach and ability to work independently and alongside team Full UK driving licence (travel to office & sites along the M4 / M5 Corridor will be required) CSCS card
