What you'll be doing

NEC4 Contract Management: Administer and manage contracts under NEC4 Option C, ensuring compliance and value delivery. Forecasting & Financial Control: Lead cost forecasting, budget tracking, and commercial reporting to support project delivery. Main Contractor Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to manage contractor relationships and ensure commercial alignment. Risk & Change Management: Maintain risk registers, manage change control, and support dispute resolution. Mentorship & Teamwork: Share your knowledge with junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

About you

You're a confident communicator with a sharp commercial mind and a hands-on approach. You bring solid experience in NEC4 Option C and thrive in fast-paced, contractor-led environments. You're passionate about delivering quality outcomes and supporting others to succeed.

Key requirements & experience

----------------------------------


Essential:

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (BSc). Experience working with Main Works Contractors on large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong working knowledge of NEC4 Option C, forecasting, and commercial reporting. Proven ability to manage contracts


Desirable:

Chartered Member of RICS (MRICS).
