Are you a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor ready to take the lead on high-impact projects?

You'll work closely with Project Managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. If you're passionate about cost control, value engineering, and collaborative working, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing cost forecasting, budgeting, and value comparisons
Using contract programmes and risk registers to support project delivery
Driving profitability and ensuring financial accuracy across all stages of a project
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful outcomes
Supporting continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery
What We're Looking For
HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Working towards (or willing to work towards) professional membership (e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICES)
CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Commitment to Health & Safety, quality, and environmental standards
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the county
