Quantity Surveyor - Northwich

Location:

Northwich, Cheshire, UK

Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within a reputable construction consultancy, delivering top-tier Quantity Surveying services across various sectors. This role focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate cost estimations for project components. Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures. Prepare tender documentation and manage procurement activities. Oversee contract administration and resolve any arising disputes. Conduct site inspections to assess progress and compliance. Generate detailed cost reports and financial forecasts.

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software applications. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of construction and logistics operations. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
