About the Role

We are seeking a

Quantity Surveyor

to join the

Commercial Team

onsite at

Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH)

.
This role will support the delivery of projects in collaboration with Vinci Building Solutions and our internal Operations Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a

Quantity Surveying background

, or for candidates with experience in

management accountancy (CIMA)

or strong

business administration

who are confident with commercial and financial project support.

Key Responsibilities

Attend internal and external stakeholder meetings (projects delivered by Vinci Building Solutions). Review Requests for Alterations, Minor Works, and Hard FM Service Variations; support Operations Team with pricing and assessing service impact. Support Commercial Team with Life Cycle Projects, reviewing subcontractor fee proposals and applications for payment. Liaise with Operations Team to validate progress (% completion) and prepare Drawdown Requests for the Client. Manage early asset failures, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and work in progress is tracked effectively. Support with ad-hoc duties including Rechargeable Works and procurement activities.
Requirements

Quantity Surveying experience

OR

background in management accountancy (CIMA) / strong business administration. Strong commercial awareness and ability to review contracts, variations, and financial proposals. Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams. Ability to manage workload effectively, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
