Role Overview

As a

Quantity Surveyor

, you will be responsible for:


Managing the commercial delivery of major infrastructure, education, and residential projects. Overseeing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. Providing accurate financial forecasting and cost reporting to clients. Managing

NEC

,

JCT

, and other contract frameworks. Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery. Supporting business growth and client development in the Oxford office. Leading on sustainability and value-engineering discussions with design and delivery teams.

About You

Minimum

2 years' PQS / consultancy experience

.

MRICS

(or working towards chartered status). Strong understanding of construction methodology, cost planning, and procurement. Proven track record in budgeting, value engineering, and commercial reporting. Skilled in cost management software (e.g.

CostX, iTWO, CADMeasure

). Experience working under

NEC

or

JCT

contracts. Excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing role. Passionate about sustainability and the future of the built environment.
