Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
As the Quantity Surveyor, you will tender, estimate and measure onsite within the Construction, public, and residential sector.
Measure and prepare cost estimates for contracts and tenders
Prepare cost value reconciliations for contracts, identifying commercial risks and opportunities to ensure correct contract planning
Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure productivity labour targets are agreed and issued before contract start, including direct labour incentives where possible.
Build strong client and supplier relations, to ensure any variations and progress of contracts are discussed and mutual solutions are sought
Complete and analyse weekly reporting from site, ensuring it has adequate cost information
Salary: 61,500
