Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Chartered status with RICS/CICES or working towards chartership (preferred).
Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.
