The Role

Key Responsibilities

Oversee cost management and contract administration across refurb and new build projects. Prepare, review, and negotiate tenders and contracts. Carry out valuations, variations, and final accounts. Provide cost analysis and risk assessments to support project delivery. Liaise with project managers, clients, architects, and contractors. Ensure financial efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.

About You

Relevant

degree in Quantity Surveying

(or equivalent).

Several years of QS experience

, ideally in high-end residential refurbishments and/or new builds. Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail. Ambition to progress into a

Senior QS role

in the near future. Confident communicator with strong negotiation and client-facing skills. Proficient in relevant software and cost management tools.
