Are you a motivated Quantity Surveyor with experience in highways, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects? We are a leading Highways Service Contractor delivering a wide range of maintenance and improvement works across the South West region. As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our commercial team with a skilled and proactive Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer NEC contracts across a portfolio of highways maintenance and improvement schemes
Prepare accurate and timely cost forecasts, valuations, and applications for payment
Provide contractual and commercial advice to project teams
Assist in subcontract procurement and management
Monitor and manage change control, variations, and early warnings
Produce monthly cost/value reconciliations and project financial reports
Work collaboratively with clients, site teams, and supply chain partners
About You:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in highways, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of NEC contract forms (preferably NEC3/NEC4)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West
