Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.

Conduct risk assessments and manage contract negotiations.

Monitor project progress and control costs to ensure adherence to budgets.

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and sub-contractors to optimise project outcomes.

Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.

Assist in tender administration and submission documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.

Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction, ideally within fit-out in the commercial sectors.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of building technologies and construction methodologies is highly advantageous
