We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing costs and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral part in the success of our clients' projects.

You could be a Project Quantity Surveyor looking for more of a Senior role or an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is looking for development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Managing Quantity Surveyor who and wants to join a successful enterprise. You will have experience of projects up to 6 million predominantly in new build and fit out projects

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial efficiency. Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize cost control measures. Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Provide advice on procurement strategies and contract negotiations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members. Relevant degree or certification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
