Quantity Surveyor
Certain Advantage is hiring for a Quantity Surveyor based in the Merseyside area.
This role is on a permanent basis and is site-based.

We're working with a UK-based provider of mechanical and electrical services, offering design, installation, and maintenance solutions across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and renewable energy.

The Role:
This role is for a Quantity Surveyor-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.
You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

Contract Administration
Commercial management
Project Collaboration and Support

The Individual
We're looking for people who can show:

NEC Contracts expertise
Exposure to steelworks and/or civil operations
Engineering background
Ability to obtain basic security clearance
