This leading construction consultancy is on the lookout for ambitious Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Leeds. You will be working to deliver a range of projects across multiple sectors such as infrastructure, corporate real estate, retail, aviation, education, healthcare, and more.
In this role, you won't just manage numbers - you'll shape skylines and empower your colleagues. This is more than just a job; it's a career move that places you at the heart of high value projects and allows you to add value to your team.
Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to commercial advisor on exciting new builds and refurbishments.
  • Deliver a wide range of services across both pre- and post-contract stages.
  • Produce accurate estimates, monthly reports, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Lead project meetings and support contract management.
  • Support the client PM and project team with the management of contracts. Support project reviews and audits. Ability to take ownership of work packages, aspects of projects or projects with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified or working towards APC.
  • Commercially savvy and solutions driven.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & CostX.
  • Excellent communicator - articulate, persuasive, and confident.
  • Strategic thinker who can weigh options and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborative by nature but thrives in independent delivery.
  • A genuine passion for client service and long-term relationship building.
