Job Description

The R4 Group are looking for an experienced FOH supervisor/manager to join their busy fast growing team.

The position is full time, candidates must be flexible able to work evenings and weekends.

Candidates must:
- Have relevant experience in another similar supervisory/management role
- Be flexible with working hours
- Work with the management team and owners to push the business forward coming up with new ideas and ways to improve the business
- Be able to manage, lead and push the FOH team effectively and efficiently providing training to other staff members
- Have relevant knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Have previous barista experience
- Have previous bar experience
- Be able to help push the business forward on social media platforms

Individuals must be dedicated to the job, reliable and be trustworthy.
Hourly rate/Salary: Dependant on experience.

This role would suit an experienced FOH manager/supervisor who is looking to push their career and join a fast growing team who have got much bigger plans for the future ahead.

We would consider candidates who are less experienced in management and have had some past supervisory experience. In this case, close training would be offered however salary would be lower to start with until the candidate prove themselves capable of the manager position.
