The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated,outgoing individual who is able to work flexible and unsocial hours. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team and to keep accurate records. Applicants must also be able to work well under pressure and keep a cool head. Previous experience within the leisure industry in a customer facing role would be of benefit but is not essential as would a First Aid qualification and Full Driving licence.
Responsibilities & purpose of this job
This position carries a high level of responsibility with respect to the safe operation of the circuit and the company's responsibility towards its customers and staff. During working hours you are expected to undertake any duty required of you to ensure the centre operates as efficiently and effectively as possible. The position includes working evening and weekend shifts.
Key tasks will include:
*Maintaining the circuit to the standard required by the NKA
*Ensure the safe operation of the circuit with regards to other members of staff and the general public
*Be the person responsible for the safe operation of all Kubz Karting events
*Assist in the training of all part time marshals
*Demonstrate a high level of Customer Service in all aspects of the role and support other staff to do the same
*Race directing duties
