Formula Fast is fast-growing, independently owned & operated destination, located near Stadium:MK in Milton Keynes.



We're known for our high-end experiences, which currently include Karting, Escape Rooms and Axe Throwing, as well as being the hosts of the British Rental Kart Championship. We're also the highest rated indoor motorsport venue in the UK - thanks to our amazing crew.



We're currently recruiting for the position of

Race Marshal.

You'll be responsible for helping to safely manage our award-winning race events, as well as being a key part of all track-side operations.

You'll be responsible for:

Preparing the trackside area for events, keeping the venue clean and presentable throughout the day Performing basic checks on our kart fleet for safety and cleanliness Assisting with fitting and checking all safety equipment Delivering briefings and instructions to drivers Seating drivers and assisting with kart control tuition Monitoring on-track action to ensure fair and safe racing for guests and colleagues Giving tips on how to improve, and feedback on results Performing track and venue maintenance tasks between events Keeping everything running to a tight schedule - timekeeping is essential Generally seeing that customers are cared for during their time at the venue

You'll need:

- to manage the potential risks to yourself, our guests and colleagues

- to keep you safe on a live race track

Timekeeping

- we run to a very tight schedule and every minute counts!

Previous relevant experience is an advantage, but not essential (all training provided).
