We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Race Team

Garage Support Lead

to play a key role in delivering excellence at every race and test event. In this role you will be responsible for preparation, build, and logistics of our garage operations at test and race events globally. You will be hands-on with garage set-ups, freight movement and equipment servicing.

Key Responsibilities





Design and build garage setups for race and test events. Maintain exceptional garage presentation standards. Lead and manage contracted staff during garage builds. Prepare race trucks and work areas to event specifications. Ensure timely readiness for all scheduled activities. Support race team operations during events as needed. Oversee secure and compliant freight handling. Operate forklifts and drive company vehicles safely. Contribute to winter rebuilds and equipment servicing.


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





Proven experience in a Formula One or high-level motorsport garage support role. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead on-site teams. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours. Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and organisational skills. Committed to maintaining high standards in fast-paced, dynamic settings. Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Full UK driving licence and forklift license beneficial.
