Garage Technician
to support our Race Team across all global race events.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that contributes directly to the performance and success of our trackside operations. You'll be involved in everything from garage builds and freight logistics to pit stop support and car operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with garage builds, race truck setups, and work area preparation at race and test events.
Participate in freight planning, loading/unloading for road, air, and sea transport.
Support car operations including fueling, tyre handling, and pit stop duties.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment in line with all Health & Safety standards.
Actively take part in pit stop training and execution, including physical fitness preparation.
Contribute to freight, equipment service, and rebuilds as required during the year, at either AMR TC or at our Off-site freight storage facilities.
Travel to all required events, both domestic and international.
Ensure clear and effective communication with all team members, adhering to radio and garage protocols.
Drive company vehicles to and from events when required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Previous experience in a motorsport or high-performance environment is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of garage operations, trackside logistics, and pit lane protocols.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow instruction and work under pressure.
A proactive, hands-on attitude and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during fast-paced events.
Capable of participating in regular pit stop practice and training.
