We have exciting opportunities for

Racking Skilled Operators

to join our team at

Pilgrim's Europe - Redruth.

We are looking for a motivated candidate to support our operations and uphold our commitment to quality, safety, and excellence. In this hands on role you will be responsible for locating, grading, refrigerating, and keeping accurate records of bacon products to meet customer and company specifications. You will ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations.

: 05:30 am - 14:30 pm

As a Skilled Operator, you will:

Grade, refrigerate, and accurately record bacon to meet company and customer specifications. Help identify problems and suggest practical solutions to improve operations. Follow instructions for safe and efficient use of materials and handling practices. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards. Keep the work area clean, tidy, and free from hazards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out manual tasks and meet production deadlines. Operate machinery for product movement and grading. Monitor product specs and identify any anomalies. Transport completed trays and waste using conveyors and trolleys. Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Skills & Knowledge:

Manual handling Basic H&S and Food Safety Awareness Strong teamwork & problem-solving skills Quality-focused and detail-oriented

Desirable Qualifications:

H&S and Food Safety certification Awareness of SSOW (Safe Systems of Work) Experience in production environments
