Job Vacancy | Tea Shop / Restaurant Manager

: 5-6 days per week, flexible shifts

Job Responsibilities:

Store Operation & Sales Management

Fully responsible for daily store operations and implementation of SOPs; Develop sales plans and promotions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction; Analyze sales data and adjust products and marketing strategies accordingly.

Product Development

Develop new tea beverages and light meals based on market trends and customer feedback; Plan product launches and staff training, ensure effective implementation; Keep up with industry trends and launch new products regularly.

Customer Management

Maintain good customer relationships, handle complaints and feedback in time; Plan membership programs and customer engagement to boost loyalty and repeat visits.

Staff & Inventory Management

Recruit, train, assess and schedule staff to build a strong and efficient team; Manage procurement and inventory to reduce waste and cost; Conduct regular stocktaking to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:

Previous experience in restaurant/store management preferred, with proven leadership skills; Holding a Personal Licence or Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage; Familiarity with tea shop or light meal products preferred; experience in product development or marketing is a plus; Mandarin Chinese speaking, with experience in managing social media such as Xiaohongshu and Instagram preferred; Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, able to work under pressure, and grow with us.
