Main Accountabilities
To support Brentford FC with the delivery of safe events, offering high quality service to all persons present.
To ensure at all times the Stewards Code of Conduct is adhered to.
To follow safeguarding policies and procedures as outlined by Brentford FC and report / record any safeguarding/welfare incidents that may take place during, before and after an event.
To communicate your availability efficiently & effectively with Brentford FC via Venue Aware and assist in all activities as requested by the Match Day Safety Team. Attend in house training sessions when required
Attend pre match briefings and post-match debriefings, to sign in and out and to determine duties.
Undertake operation of all Radio Communication equipment on Match Days.
Effectively monitor and patrol via the viewing screens in conjunction with the Clubs CCTV operator and to take any remedial or immediate action and notification as appropriate to events seen.
Produce and maintain continuity of all detailed records or evidential material required in a clear, concise, legible accurate format. This includes an incident log, management records, evidence records.
To monitor and operate radio links with other staff and review recorded material for suitability for evidential purposes.
To communicate with other Staff and external agencies in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
To carry out Match Day equipment checks and report all equipment faults to the Safety Officer.
To be aware of and act in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and the Human Rights Act (1998) regarding disclosure of information and respect privacy. To ensure the security of the Event Day Control Room and all equipment is maintained satisfactorily at all times, which includes access control of all visitors to the Event Day Control Room and information within.
To carry out such other duties as the Safety Officer may properly require from time to time in accordance with the grading of the post.
To participate in development and review process and in any training and development activities identified and agreed as relevant to your personal development and/or your development in your job.
To operate the systems with regard to Human Rights legislation, including Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (2000) and Data Protection principles.
Represent Brentford FC in a professional manner at all times.

Person Specification - Essential Characteristics
Currently be in possession of or working towards a Level 2 in Spectator Safety qualification.
Good communication and organisation skills.
Ability to organise and motivate team members.
Able to work within a structured environment and follow policy and procedures.
Person Specification - Desirable Characteristics
First Aid Certification.
In possession of a SIA Public Space Surveillance (CCYV Licence)
Knowledge and experience of working with a Stadia environment.
Experience of working within the sport industry.
