Job Title: Radio Fundraising Coordinator


Salary: 33,000 (pro rata) per annum


Location: Hybrid - London office and home


Hours of work: Part Time 17.5 hrs per week


Reporting to: Head of Fundraising



Premier, Europe's largest Christian Media organisation, is seeking a Radio Fundraising Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our mission to connect people with God through media. You'll be at the heart of Premier's on-air fundraising, coordinating the planning, production, and delivery of appeals across all three stations. This includes developing briefing documents, managing scripts and materials, and ensuring all messaging aligns with strategic goals. You'll work closely with internal teams, content producers, and external charity partners, acting as the main point of contact for client appeals and facilitating communication, approvals, and timelines. By supporting Premier's on-air fundraising, you directly contribute to Premier's ability to help listeners deepen their Christian faith. Role Overview

Coordinate and deliver on-air fundraising appeals across all Premier stations, working closely with internal teams, charity partners, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning, production, and implementation. Act as the main point of contact for charity clients, gathering briefs, managing campaign timelines, and ensuring alignment with messaging, compliance, and brand standards for each appeal. Oversee the creation and management of appeal resources, including scripts, testimonies, impact stories, and incentive materials, ensuring all content supports strategic fundraising goals. Support year-round on-air fundraising and promotions, ensuring all activities meet Ofcom regulations and Premier's standards for quality, equality, and effective audience engagement.
