Supported by our experienced Radiology Manager Vanessa , you will work as part of an integrated team alongside our Diagnostic Imaging Manager, Radiologist and Radiographers to assist with the delivery of safe, high quality services to patients and users of the service. This will include meeting and greeting patients, coordinating and managing bookings and supporting self-pay advisors.
What you'll be doing
You will have recent and relevant experience gained in a primary or secondary care environment, excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure. Flexibility is essential in this role as you may be required to work evenings and weekends.
What we'll look for in you

  • Enhanced level CRB clearance Satisfactory Occupational Health clearance for the role specified.
  • Evidence of continual career development
  • Good general education
  • Experience of working within primary or secondary healthcare administration.
  • Ability to work flexibly within the needs of the service including a willingness to work out of normal office hours
  • Good telephone skills including the ability to effectively communicate clinical information to patients and referring clinicians.
  • Numerate and literate.
