Job Description

We seek to recruit a motivated and dynamic Radiology Clinical Site Lead covering Ealing Hospital and the Community Diagnostic Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the hospital site imaging department, working closely with the clinical superintendent, lead radiographers within the radiology department, and the directorate management team.

Provide clinical leadership to the Allied Health care professionals to provide a high standard service delivery for the Directorate.

Provide support and deputise as required for the Head of Diagnostic Imaging and represent the Directorate at Trust and ICS Imaging network

Responsible for the operational delivery, performance and governance for the services.

Work with the Head of Diagnostic Imaging to lead directorate teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality patient-centered services, service development, and change programmes that drive innovation and integration, modernisation, and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
