Are you ready to help people smash their stress away? The Smash Lab is looking for a dynamic, safety-conscious Rage Room Coordinator to manage daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and keep the chaos controlled. You'll be the face of the experience -- welcoming guests, prepping rooms, and making sure every session is exhilarating and safe.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and brief customers on safety procedures and equipment usage Prepare rage rooms with smashable items and reset between sessions Monitor sessions to ensure safety and enjoyment Maintain inventory of items and protective gear Handle bookings, payments, and customer queries Assist with social media content and customer engagement
Requirements
Excellent communication and people skills Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety Ability to lift and move items (some physical work involved) Comfortable working in a loud, high-energy environment First aid certification (preferred but not essential) Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
Work Location: In person
