Home / Site Based, commutable from East London, Chelmsford, Southend-on-Sea and surrounding areas.
Do you come from a strong rail safety / operations background and want to move off the tools into a trainer role?
Are you looking to come off the tools and move into a training position where you can showcase your technical knowledge and make a marked difference in the industry as a technical trainer.
This established rail training organisation is continuing to expand its training capability to support the UK rail industry's increasing demand for competent, compliant workers. With continued investment in facilities, systems, and people, the business is committed to raising standards across rail safety, competence, and learner experience.
As part of a supportive and professional training team, you will deliver high-quality rail training to individuals and organisations across the industry. For candidates new to training, full support, mentoring, and development will be provided to achieve NSAR approval and transition successfully into a trainer role.
This is a rare opportunity to either further your career as an experienced rail trainer or step into training for the first time with a respected provider that invests heavily in its people.
The Role:
*Delivering Rail Safety Training both from Workshop and on client sites
*Initial and Refresher training
*Ensuring all training meets NSAR, National Rail and Sentinel standards
*Full Training into Teaching
The Person:
*Experienced within the Rail sector, holding COSS & Track Safety Qualifications
*Willing to Travel as required
*Genuine interest in moving into teaching and developing the next wave of engineers
