Job Summary :
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based RSP (Randomization & Study Project) Coordinator to join our team in Stirling. By working with the RSPM Project Manager and other team members, these professionals ensure the accuracy of RSPM system data and design and build an IRT (interactive response technology/ivrs/iwrs) system for clinical trials. This system manages the subject randomisation and drug supply for the study. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy an adaptive, challenging work environment, this could be the opportunity for you. This is an entry level role. As new hires, RSP Coordinators go through an extensive onboarding and training process, which prepares them to become experts in their field.
Responsibilities :
General Randomization & Study Project Management support;
Study product management;
Assist the Project Manager in system design and set-up;
Work with clients in obtaining requirements and responding to inquiries;
Create study specific documents;
Maintain study documentation;
Other assigned projects and tasks.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree
Strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Solid oral and written English Language communication skills
Training is available for entry-level candidates.
