FULL TIME CONTRACTED HOURS, Excellent rates of pay 16 - 16.50 PLUS Pension PLUS Holiday Pay (equating to a Rolled Up pay rate of 18.47 - 19.05), DAYS OR NIGHTS. This will include weekend working.

The role/s
As a
Homecare Worker within our mobilisation service
, youll play a key role in helping new care packages start smoothly and safely across our branch network. Working closely with our Mobilisation Team, youll provide hands-on care and support during the early stages of new services ensuring clients receive person-centred, high-quality care without delay.
This is a
fluid and fast-paced role
, ideal for someone who enjoys stepping into different situations, adapting quickly, and supporting clients with a wide range of mental health needs needs (both children and adults). Youll be part of a responsive, solution-focused team where flexibility is essential, and every day brings something new. There is a mixture of both days and night shifts available.
Following your comprehensive training, you will be required to support individuals with the following needs:
Learning disabilities and difficulties.
Behaviours that Challenge.
Mental health conditions.
Self harm, ligature and Suicide intervention.
Clinical holds and least restrictive practices (CPI Training provided)
Implementing positive behaviour support plans.
Supporting individuals on court orders and DOLS.
Requirements
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
Previous experience delivering hands-on care in a homecare or healthcare setting (including secure units). This needs to include experience within mental health settings or services. This can include Learning disabilities and difficulties, Behaviours that Challenge, Mental health conditions, Self harm, ligature and Suicide intervention.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements)
A flexible and adaptable approach to working across multiple branches
