Your experiences and learning are shaped over our 2-year rotational programme
You'll work across key business areas like Investment Management, Financial Planning, Research and Marketing, where you'll develop essential technical and professional skills, such as portfolio management, presentation and networking skills.
We'll give you comprehensive training and support through formal qualifications and informal experiences.
Start Date: September 2026
Our Graduate Academy is available in 4 locations:

• London
• Bournemouth
• Edinburgh
• Glasgow

What do I need?

• A minimum of a 2:1 honours degree (achieved or predicted) in any discipline.
• Be committed and motivated to study for the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and Level 7 qualifications such as the Chartered Wealth Manager (CWM).
• Genuine interest in financial services and wealth management.
